Tim outside Brazil
You should be able to automatically use it outside Brazil if you pay monthly. You should call them to ask them if roaming is activated, and if it isn't, to activate it for you.
If you pre-pay (buy credit before you use it), you probably won't be able to use it outside of Brazil, but you might be able to. Again, try calling Tim support. Or just go to a Tim store, they should know.
